Key aspects of our approach
Facilitating trauma-informed practices that invite deeper transformation, awakening, and soulful integration, rather than temporary breakthroughs that don’t last.

Trauma-Informed
Our approaches integrate somatic awareness, nervous system regulation and compassionate approaches to foster deep healing and resilience.

Spirit, Soul, Shadow & Sacred
We explore the individual and collective unconscious and the soulful nature of transformation, embracing both light and shadow for true wholeness.Â

Science &Â
Mysticism
We weave together evidence-based practices with ancient traditions, honouring wisdom teachings that have guided seekers for generations.

Transpersonal & Integrative
We honour the full spectrum of human experience and empower transformation that aligns mind, body, and soul. We explore what's beyond the ego to integrate expanded states of consciousness.
Who we Support:
We seek to empower people on their psycho-spiritual journey of transformation including those who are:Â
Experiencing sudden awakenings, emergence or crisis
Longing for purpose and calling: why am I here?
Calling to integrate lost or disowned parts of yourself
Tending to grief and engaging in shadow work
Facing blocks, fears and overwhelm on your soul-driven journey
Our ModalitiesÂ
Â
All of our approaches are rooted in the belief that true transformation arises from within, through deep listening, presence, and a willingness to turn toward what we often resist - grief, shadow, and the unknown.
We honour the wisdom of the body, the unconscious, and the more-than-human world, offering experiential, integrative, and soul-centered pathways that support healing beyond the surface. Rather than aiming to "fix," these practices invite wholeness by reconnecting us with forgotten parts of ourselves and aligning us with our deeper purpose.

Â
True psycho-spiritual transformation isn’t easy. It’s often messy, non-linear, and asks us to face our shadow, our grief, and the uncomfortable truths we’d rather avoid. Numinosity was founded to guide individuals and groups through the deeper, more lasting work of transformation, which can be explored through 1-1 transpersonal coaching sessions, workshops, courses and retreats.Â
All our workshops, courses and retreats will encompass one or all of the following 7 core themes, which make up the Pathway for Transformation:Â
Â

The Sacred Container
Pause, ground and turn inward
This is where we step into our work together, setting aside the distractions of the outside world to create a clear and grounded space. Rather than rushing ahead, we take time to settle, connect, and prepare the foundation for what’s to come. This stage is about acknowledging the beginning, clarifying our intention, and creating the conditions that will support the process. From this place of steadiness and shared focus, we begin our journey.
↓Â

Align & AwakenÂ
Listen closely to the body, heart, and subtle currents within
This stage is about reconnecting with what matters most and aligning with a clear sense of direction. We take time to turn inward, not just in thought but in awareness, and notice what is present and asking for attention. Through practices such as meditation and intention setting, we bring focus and coherence to our goals. Here, we clarify what we want to cultivate and begin laying the groundwork for change. It’s a moment of listening to what’s emerging within us and recognizing what is calling us forward.

Dreaming the VisionÂ
Turn toward what is emerging and allow the vision to be dreamt
In this stage, we turn toward imagination and let it guide us. Through practices which enable us to expand our consciousness, we pay attention to the images, words, or sensations that arise and begin to give them shape. This process helps us explore insights and messages that are emerging, and allows us to connect with a sense of what is calling us forward. Here, we start to picture possibilities and give form to the guidance of our future self.

Exploring the Landscape
Enter your landscape with curiosity and care, and open the door to the unseen realms within
In this stage, we explore the inner and outer sources of guidance available to us. Through practices like journeying and deep listening, we connect with allies, inner wisdom, and supportive presences in the 'more than human world'. This is a time to recognise that we don’t move through this work alone - we can draw on resources and connections that help us along the way.

The Descent Â
Working with the Shadow
This stage focuses on facing and reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been pushed aside or left behind. Here, we may encounter the inner critic, old wounds, or aspects of ourselves that feel fragmented. With compassion and courage, we acknowledge these parts and begin the work of reintegrating them. By meeting them with understanding and presence, we start to restore energy, wholeness, and restore our vital spark.Â
↓ Â

Shedding
Step into the Tender Work of Release
This stage is about releasing what we no longer need to carry. Through practices of reflection, ritual, or surrender, we create space for what is ready to fall away. By acknowledging grief, wounds, or old burdens, we honor their place in our story while also allowing them to transform. This process supports both personal healing and a deeper sense of renewal, making room for what wants to grow next.

The Return
Receive and embody the symbol
This is the stage of integration, where we begin to weave together the insights of our journey into our everyday lives. We may connect with a symbol or image that captures the essence of what has emerged. It might be simple or not fully clear, but it represents something meaningful and true. This symbol serves as a reminder and a guide, helping us carry forward the changes we are ready to embody.

She helped me cultivate more deeply meaningful relationships with others, my body, and my heart and I am truly, eternally grateful to her. I believe that Jules is infinitely gifted and through working with her, anyone will be able to achieve incredible change and healing in their lives.

'Jules is wonderful in the sense that, she holds the space for everyone, honouring each person’s process, allowing the transformation to occur slowly, silently, and soothingly. She is caring, warm and a sincere person who puts her heart and soul into helping people through their self-healing. Her calm energy always has a huge influence on me, and I experience a deep sense of relaxation during her sessions. I feel refreshed and energised the day after.

What is Numinosity?
Â
Founded on the concept of the Numinous; the deep, often indescribable feeling of being in the presence of something greater; a sacred, mysterious, or awe-inspiring energy that stirs the soul. It’s that shiver down the spine when something touches you beyond words.Â
Numinosity is the presence at the heart of our work - a living, sacred current that moves through every action, conversation, and moment of insight. It evokes the divine, the mysterious, and the awe-inspiring. It’s what stirs when you encounter something deeply other, something that feels just beyond the veil of the ordinary.
It is not just a feeling, but a force that invites awe, awakens intuition, and connects us to meaning beyond logic. It’s what we hold space for, what we listen to, and what we follow.
The Sri Yantra, used as our logo, is an ancient symbol of sacred geometry composed of nine interlocking triangles that radiate from a central point. This central point represents the origin of all creation, while the intersecting triangles symbolise the dynamic interplay of masculine (upward) and feminine (downward) energies. Together, they form a pattern that maps the structure of the cosmos and the journey of the individual toward unity and realisation. Even without the traditional lotus enclosures, the Sri Yantra remains a powerful visual expression of balance, wholeness, and the subtle geometry that underlies both matter and consciousness.
